So, it occurs to me that I’m literally writing blogs for an audience of NONE right now.  Nobody knows what we’re working on – and honestly, nobody likely cares.  And you know what?  That’s totally OK.

Maybe someday, after our game launches, someone who played it and wanted to know more about how it was made will wander by and read these.  Maybe an aspiring GameDev…even a teacher looking to follow their own childhood dream…who knows?

A Promise to Myself

For now, the real reason I’m blogging on this journey is for myself.  I made a promise that I would do a better job of documenting my journey this time around.  While we were working on Sellsword VR, everything was a rush – we would need to be able to do something, and would need to study / try/ learn a new skill IMMEDIATELY to get the job done.

We got a lot done, but there was no time to reflect; no time to sit back and review where we’d been vs. where we were.

So this time, I’m going to commit to writing at least 1 blog entry per week.  Preferably 2…we’ll see how it goes.  I’m not a terribly social person by nature, especially when it comes to talking about myself.

So here we go…
